What our classes offer.
Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays
Our exercise classes on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays are circuit-based classes. They include regressions and progressions on exercises to make the classes suitable for beginners and those who exercise regularly.
For those who get bored easily, our classes are never the same. We have a wide variety of exercises to combine both cardio and strength training.
Our classes run every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 6.30 pm till 7.30 pm.
They are £7 pay-as-you-go. However, we have our monthly commitment offer every month, which allows you to save money by pre-paying for the month.
Stronger Saturdays
A class-based more on weight training. Looking to build a stronger you 💪 ✨️
The class is programmed in 4-week blocks. This means you will concentrate on the programmed exercises for 4 weeks, with a program card to record your progress.
Classes are £7 pay as you go, however you can pre pay the 4 week block.
Payment is by Cash or Bank Transfer.
